I am humbled by the shout-out during the podcast ! I am not exaggerating when I say OSI saved my life. I started with Dani and OS Institute as an over weight 60 year old who had a sedentary job. The movement routine and community I developed there have facilitated a loss of 35 pound, running of 5Ks with the running group and learning to paddle board reduced blood markers and coming off prediabetes medication. I have also built muscle through the regular weight lifting programming and nutritional coaching. As for resets, not only do they help with my stress but we do resets between weight sets and between cardio sets . You can feel the recovery! Now, being in a broken foot boot myself, I appreciate the support of our community to keep me active! When I show up, someone can help me modify all of the movements so I don’t lose conditioning for these 6 weeks or stress my injury.
We are so happy that you shared Dani with us!
I am so very happy to hear of your success in reaching these goals. Having a broken foot is no fun, but having a supportive community and knowing that you can get back after a break in your conditioning definitely feels good, doesn’t it!
