Yoga On The Beach

This week was a vacation with my family at the beach in North Carolina. Each day I tried to make sure that I got at least my 75 minutes of some sort of activity each day.

It was definitely different being away from home!

This past week I did a variety of exercises… mostly beach walking, but also beach yoga, and swimming in the ocean as well as the pool.

Getting a lot of fresh air and exercise was good for my sleeping.

I did not do as well as I usually do with healthy eating habits including ice cream, brownies and splitting a fried seafood platter! Now that I’m back home, that’s okay, life will be back to normal next week.
