The weather has been very overcast and damp the last few weeks here in Ohio, so I have made a point to try to focus on making colorful winter meals with my soup and salads. Some people call it eating the rainbow. FI’ve been talking about my need to return to yoga for quite a while. I practiced yoga off and on for but due to the combination of not really liking the yoga classes offered at my gym and then the whole social distancing thing made it difficult.
